Terms and Conditions for Icians Underground

Welcome to Icians Underground (https://icians.xyz), a private student community platform exclusively created for currently enrolled students of Initao College. By registering for and using this platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility — Initao College Students Only

This platform is strictly for currently enrolled students of Initao College. If you are not a student of Initao College, you are not allowed to register, browse, or participate in this platform.

⚠️ Non-students, alumni, or outsiders are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

2. Use of Real Names is Required

All users must use their real and accurate full names when registering. Fake names, aliases, nicknames as full names, or the use of other people’s identities are strictly prohibited.

  • Names will be manually verified by the Admin (me).

  • I may check your identity by reviewing publicly available sources, such as Facebook, class group chats, and other school-related pages.

  • If I cannot verify your name, you will receive a notification. You will have 3 days to correct or verify your identity.

  • If there is no response or valid identification, your account will be deleted without further notice.

This rule is enforced to ensure authenticity, trust, and accountability within the Icians Underground community.

3. Manual Moderation Policy

All content posted on Icians Underground is subject to manual review. As the sole admin and moderator of this platform:

  • I reserve the right to delete, edit, or restrict any content or account that violates the rules.

  • I manually review suspicious activities, fake names, spam, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Automated moderation tools are limited due to the platform’s simplicity, so please be patient and responsible.

4. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and productive student space, users are prohibited from:

  • Using fake names, pseudonyms, or impersonating others

  • Sharing offensive, abusive, or sexually explicit content

  • Posting spam, advertisements, or third-party links unrelated to student life

  • Engaging in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior

  • Posting confidential academic or school-related documents (e.g., exams, grading sheets)

Failure to follow these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent account deletion.

5. Privacy & Data

Please refer to the Privacy Policy  for details on how your information is collected and handled. Key points:

  • We only collect basic account data

  • No tracking or ads

  • Your password is encrypted

  • Admin does not sell or share your data

  • Manual account deletion is available on request

6. No Official Affiliation

Disclaimer: Icians Underground is not affiliated with or officially recognized by Initao College or any of its departments, faculty, or administration.

This platform is a private, independent student project run solely by one student under the username Admin. It is intended purely for peer-to-peer connection and interaction. This site does not represent or speak on behalf of the school.

7. Violation Consequences

If you violate any part of these terms:

  • You will receive a warning notification

  • Continued violations may result in account suspension or deletion

  • Severe cases (e.g., impersonation or harassment) may lead to permanent banning without appeal

8. Final Agreement

By registering and using Icians Underground, you confirm that:

  • You are a currently enrolled student of Initao College

  • You have provided your real name and valid identity

  • You agree to follow the rules of respectful student conduct

  • You understand and accept that this platform is moderated manually and independently

  • You accept full responsibility for your actions and content on the platform
